How the Club will be Funded

Refundable Membership Application Deposit

Held separately pending completion of the present property-acquisition stage and formal admission in accordance with the registered Rules.

Upon formal admission, the deposit will be appropriated towards the prescribed entrance fee, applicable taxes and other amounts lawfully payable.

Voluntary Corpus Donations

Entirely voluntary and shall not confer, or be construed as conferring, any membership, priority, concession, privilege, preference, entitlement, special status, benefit, or other advantage of any nature whatsoever.

Designated Accounts

Entrance fees and corpus donations are held in separate,
designated accounts with the Mangalore Catholic Co-operative Bank.

Refund Undertaking

If an applicant is not admitted, the entrance fee is refunded in full.
Wider protection is set out in the Club’s written undertaking.

Applied Only to Premises

Funds collected at this stage are used only towards acquiring
and developing the Club premises.

Governed and Accountable

Governed by the registered Memorandum and Rules and,
during the present formative stage, by the First Governing Body,
with proper accounting and audit.

Target for completion of property acquisition and registration: December 2026
Immediate Requirement – Land and Approvals: ₹15.31 Cr
