Proposed Site & Development
The proposed site is a level parcel of approximately one acre (44,384 sq. ft. / 4,123.40 sq. m) on Church Road, Valencia, near Valencia Church with connectivity toward NH 66.

No. Monies received at this stage are treated as Refundable Membership Application Deposits. Formal membership takes effect only after approval by the Governing Body and entry into the Register of Members in accordance with the registered Rules.
The entrance fee deposit is tied to membership applications. Corpus donations are purely voluntary, placed into a separate corpus account, and do not confer or influence membership, priority, or privileges.
The application deposit is ₹5.90 lakh (representing the prescribed ₹5 lakh entrance fee plus applicable taxes).
If an applicant is not admitted, the entrance fee deposit is refunded in full. Protection regarding the transaction is governed by the Club’s formal written refund undertakings.
Yes, through the “Introduce Someone to the Club” channel. Submitting a recommendation serves only as an introduction for the Club to reach out; it does not replace a formal membership application or count as proposing/seconding a candidate under the Rules.
