The Site, Surveyed
An Agreement for Sale has been entered into for the proposed Club property at Church Road, Valencia. Completion of the acquisition and registration in the name of the Club are presently in progress.
Extent: 4,123.40 sq m as per physical boundary, about one acre and 1.75 cents.
Boundaries: North, NH 66. South, Westgate Venezia. East, Maharaja Darshana Cross Road. West, Purple Streak Apartments.
Access: Gorigudda Road, presently 9 m wide and proposed to be widened to 12 m.
Recorded: The old house, the open well, the tank, boundary stones, contours, and each mango, coconut, palm and jungle tree.

The trees stay
The design brief will seek to preserve the existing mango and other mature trees wherever reasonably possible.
The well stays
The existing well is intended to be preserved and integrated into the development, subject to final design and technical feasibility.
Surveys done
The site has been cleared for the tree survey and the total station survey that now guide the design.
